By using BubbleeBaby ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

BubbleeBaby is NOT a medical service and does NOT provide medical advice.

Our AI provides general parenting guidance based on WHO and IAP guidelines. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or qualified health provider with any questions regarding your child's health.

In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BubbleeBaby. By using the Service, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose data you provide.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.

5. AI Limitations

Our AI may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information. We continuously improve accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correctness. Never rely solely on BubbleeBaby for critical health decisions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
